At Stream Logistics, value creation in shipping is at the core of our existence. When Chad and I started Stream Logistics, we did so because we thought the standards were far too low for freight and logistics companies and services. Since inception, we have been driven to create a concierge-level experience in this overlooked transportation industry.

Our Process

In order to raise the standards of the transportation and logistics industry, we knew we had to do shipping differently. It’s not enough to simply perform the age-old trucking industry tasks with greater quality. We knew that a unique approach to service would be key.

Our logistics solution is The Concierge Experience™, which is a custom transportation project management process for creating an incredible experience and supply chain transportation solution for every shipping client.

The first step in The Concierge Experience™ is to establish a relationship with you. There isn’t much use in talking business unless you like us first.

At Stream Logistics, we work with people, not companies. Therefore, in order to make a meaningful impact on a transportation project, we want to connect on a personal level and ensure our value systems align. We call this process The Human Connection™.

Coordinating logistics and freight transport projects worth tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars requires trust. Having trust in any relationship is vital to its success, and it’s one of the main reasons we invest in each relationship before we even begin talking transportation business. Once a strong connection is made, only then will we begin assessing the business fit.

After a human connection is established, it’s important to build a comfort level that gives you confidence that we provide reliable and enjoyable service in shipping. In The Comfort Builder™ phase of the concierge experience, we paint a vivid picture of what you can expect when working with our logistics team.

We do things differently at Stream Logistics. We believe coordinating a truck is just the start of our responsibility in a supply chain delivery project. It’s hard for you to win in your job. Your boss, project manager, and/or sales rep expect that every shipment should go smoothly. So, when things go well, you don’t get much praise since perfection was the expectation. When things go wrong, you feel converging stresses from your team, your clients, and your own high standards for yourself.

We get it… and we do something about it. During The Comfort Builder phase, you will begin to understand how we make your life easier and make you shine on transportation projects.

When we have made a meaningful connection and have made you feel comfortable with how we operate, then we are ready to showcase The Welcome Advantage™ . In this phase, you will be introduced to our Welcome Team, which leads the initial transport project quoting or booking shipping opportunities you send our way.

The Welcome Team is trained to learn your specific logistics requirements, preferred transportation processes, and communication preferences during the shipment in order to make sure your initial logistics experience is flawless.

Do you prefer we call, email, or text? Do you like to send us specific shipping details, or enter them online? Do you want tracking updates on the transport progress sent to you multiple times per day, or would you prefer seeing updates in a consolidated portal? We want to know all of these preferences – and more – because our goal is for you to have a stress-free experience that is finished with our signature Stream Logistics hospitality.

Once we are familiar with how you like to operate, you and our logistics team are ready for the fourth stage of The Concierge Experience™.

In the fourth stage of The Concierge Experience™, you receive a permanent home with one of our Logistics Service Teams as part of The Stream Team Impact™.

Before you transition from the Welcome Team to a Service Team, your Stream Logistics sales rep will meet with both teams to discuss your shipping preferences and transportation requirements to make sure you keep receiving the custom shipping service you are used to. The Logistics Service Teams purpose it to ensure you feel appreciated and supported on every shipment. We will be generous with tracking and with communication so you can focus on all your other responsibilities.

Throughout these four phases of The Concierge Experience™, you will experience shipping service the way it should have always been done with high stakes freight, construction logistics, and project logistics.
